1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Develobot website and submitting your application through our forms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Applications and Selection

Submitting an application for a software project is a request for evaluation and does not guarantee acceptance of the project. Develobot reserves the exclusive right to decide which applications to accept.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a formally accepted proposal or engagement agreement and once payment has been completed, all code, software, and architectures provided become your exclusive intellectual property. Develobot retains no rights over the final product or the repositories it works on, ensuring there is no vendor lock-in.

4. Subscription Service

The Develobot service is offered as a recurring subscription or fixed-fee engagement. The subscription may be paused or cancelled at any time without penalties or residual obligations. Any already-paid days remain available until naturally exhausted.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Develobot be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or from delays or failure to take on projects submitted through the application process.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable law in force. Any dispute shall be handled by the competent courts of the country in which the company is legally established.
